Our warehouses are strategically located in New Jersey (U.S.), California (U.S.), Dunstable (UK), Bremen (DE), Sydney (AU)  and GUADALAJARA (ES) to provide efficient delivery service. Estimated delivery times fall within 3-7 days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse. Return:

Please contact our customer service via email or Facebook @nicecnc for return address if the products have quality problems. ( Note: other reasons like: shipping delay or you don't like the products or you buy it wrong by yourself or you have modified your bike which make the parts doesn't fit, but you wanna return it, you need to pay the shipping fee by yourself and pay 15% OFF restocking fee.In this case, the shipping fee of your original order will not be refunded.)
Items to be returned should be packaged as they were originally received, also make sure that any other accessories or instruction etc should also be included.

Refunds do not include order shipping charges and taxes. It takes generally 7-15 days depending on your bank to receive the money after you return an item, please contact us if you still not received the refund after 15 days of your claim.
