Dieser 35-Mikron-Magnetölfilter hält extrem hohen Drücken und Durchflussraten stand. Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichem Papierfiltermaterial, das in Gegenwart von Wasser aufquillt, die Filterporen verschließt und den Durchfluss reduziert, ist dieser 35-Mikron-Magnetölfilter extrem druck- und flussfest. Einfach den Filter herausnehmen, mit sauberem Lösungsmittel ausspülen und wieder einsetzen – fertig. Dies sollte der letzte Ölfilter sein, den Sie jemals kaufen werden!

Merkmale:
  • Überlegene Filterung – Dieser Filter besteht aus Mikrofiltergewebe aus Edelstahl 304, das in vielen Fällen eine Filterfläche von über 200 % bietet.
  • Effiziente Filterung – Unser Edelstahlfilter fängt Partikel bis zu einer Größe von 35 Mikrometern auf, was etwa dreimal besser ist als die meisten guten Papier- oder Messingfilter.
  • Hält hohen Temperaturen stand – Die Faltennaht ist verschweißt und hält bei unserem Filter bis zu 600 Grad stand, anders als bei geklebten Papierfiltern.
  • Magnetischer Filterkern – Geniales Design mit einem magnetischen Filterkern in der Mitte, der das Öl kontinuierlich filtert und sämtliche Eisen- oder andere (eisenhaltige) Partikel einfängt.
  • Verlängern Sie die Öllebensdauer – Motoröl wird meist nur durch vom Motor erzeugte Partikel verschmutzt (verunreinigt). Durch eine verbesserte Filterung halten Sie das Öl sauber und können den Motor bei geringerem Verschleiß optimal schmieren. Dies bietet zusätzlichen Schutz und sorgt für mehr Sicherheit.

Reinigungshinweise:
1. Reinigen Sie den Filter bei jedem Ölwechsel mit Lösungsmittel, Kontaktreiniger, Kerosin oder einem anderen Entfettungsmittel; sogar mit normalem Spülmittel.
2. Blasen Sie Luft von innen nach außen durch den Filter, um alle kleinen Partikel oder Reinigungsmittel vom Sieb zu entfernen.
3. Stellen Sie die korrekte Installation an der ursprünglichen Filterposition sicher.
