NICECNC Foot Peg Offset Brackets -- Optimize Rider Triangle, Unlock Greater Control
Based on rider ergonomics feedback for the YZ250F and YZ450F, we developed and tested a footpeg relocation bracket that moves the pegs 5mm backward and 5mm downward. This optimized positioning opens up the rider triangle, reduces knee cramping, and allows for smoother body movement when cornering and transitioning between seated and standing positions.
Although revised the footpeg position in 2023, many riders still report limited standing-room comfort, especially during long rides and aggressive cornering. Through multiple rounds of testing, we identified a position that better suits both competitive riding and extended trail use.
Many experienced riders agree that a slightly lower and rearward footpeg position improves rider mobility, enhances cornering fluidity, and provides better overall bike control.
